Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs how you may use International Driver Licence and the documents we prepare for you. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service.

You must not submit false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information, and you must not order using another person's identity, driving licence, photograph, or payment method without their authorization. Everything you submit must be accurate, lawfully obtained, and yours to use.

You must not present the document we prepare as an official or government-issued permit. It is a translation of your national driving licence and must always be carried with the original. Representing it as a government document, or as evidence of driving privileges you do not hold, is a misuse of our service and is your responsibility, not ours.

You must not abuse our refund process or payment systems, including filing chargebacks for orders you received and used. You must not attempt to bypass our verification or security measures, interfere with the operation of our site, or upload malicious software.

We may refuse or cancel an order, decline to issue or re-issue a document, suspend access, or withhold a refund where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached. Where we are legally required to do so, we may report suspected fraud or document misuse to the relevant authorities.
