Privacy Policy

International Driver Licence collects the personal and licence information you provide solely to produce your driving licence translation and to deliver and support your order.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store full card details. Your uploaded photo and order data are used only to generate and deliver your documents.

We retain your order details, licence information and uploaded photo for as long as needed to support your order — including re-issues, disputes, refund requests and our own accounting and fraud-prevention records. We do not keep data longer than that, and we do not sell it.

Access to your data is limited to our own staff and the processors we use to run the service: Stripe for payment, Vercel for file storage and hosting, and Resend for transactional email. Each handles data only as needed to provide their service to us.

You may request access to, a copy of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting support. We will action a deletion request unless we are required to keep specific records (for example, for tax or fraud-prevention purposes) for longer under applicable law.
